Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits: Generally, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The exception is in the event a mutually agreed catfish charter booking date cannot be made between the Client and Captain Archie, in which case a full refund will be made. No shows will automatically forfeit the deposit.
Trip Cancellations: The captain reserves the right to cancel any trip due to severe weather conditions, in this case, the trip will be rescheduled to the Client and Captain’s availability. If the trip cannot be mutually rescheduled, a 15% charge will be deducted from your balance and the rest will be refunded to you.
General Cancellations: If a date for your catfish charter has been agreed upon by both you and the Captain, then later, you choose to cancel the charter, the deposit would be NON_REFUNDABLE and any remaining balance would be refunded.
