Cancellation Policy

Captain reserves the right to cancel any trip due to severe weather conditions, in this case trip will be rescheduled to the Client and Captains availability. And if not rescheduled a 15% charge will apply with remainder refunded. General Cancellations will result in a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT if Captain cannot book that date or dates. This deposit will be held until such date and if booked then a refund will be sent back with a 20% charge.

No shows deposit will automatically be forfeited.
